HumanMine is an integrated database of genomic, expression and protein data for Homo sapiens. Integrating data makes it possible to run sophisticated data mining queries that span domains of biological knowledge.
- Part of a larger suite of model organism-specific resources under the InterMine umbrella of sites (http://intermine.org)
- Provides thorough reports for individual genes or lists of genes through an easy-to-use, easily navigated interface
- Customizable query building for functional/phenotype association determination, pattern-finding
It is recommended that users register accounts for improved ease of use and optimized utilization of tools available.
