Diurnal is a web-based tool that provides convenient access to circadian and diurnal genome-wide gene expression data from several array experiments conducted on several model plant species including; Arabidopsis thaliana, Brachypodium Distachyon, Oryza sativa, and Populus trichocarpa. All of the rhythmic genes have been modeled, which you can interactively view online, or you can download the statistical results for use in your own studies.
The expression patterns of particular loci or array probes can be looked up under a variety of different conditions. For each condition, every expression pattern has been modeled using a periodic pattern, which has then been used to estimate the phase of peak expression. These results can be accessed both graphically online and downloaded to your computer for further use.
